With just two weeks to go before world leaders meet in Copenhagen, a democratic disease is spreading. Big Oil and greedy banks are taking over Canada's government and killing hope for a global climate deal - all to protect their profits in exploiting the dirtiest oil on the planet.
If Canada's tar sands are a cancer, then a people-powered democracy is the cure.

Dear Canadian Leaders:
